Men's Rights
I. Men are born and remain free and equal in rights. The distinctions can be founded only on public utility.

II. The aim of all political association is the preservation of the natural and imprescriptible rights of man. These rights are liberty , property , security and resistance to oppression.

III. The source of all sovereignty resides essentially in the nation , no individual and no corporation can be coated any authority which does not emanate directly from it.

IV . Freedom is being able to do anything that does not harm others. The exercise of the natural rights of each man has no limits except those which assure to the other members of society the enjoyment of the same rights. These limits can only be determined by law.

V. The law can only prohibit actions detrimental to society. What is not prohibited by law can not be prevented . No one can be compelled to that which the law does not order .

VI. The law is an expression of the will of the community. All citizens have the right to work in their training, either personally or through their representatives . Must be equal for all , is to protect or to punish . All citizens being equal in its sight, are equally eligible to all high offices , public positions and employments , according to their different abilities , without any other distinction than that created by their virtues and talents .
HUMAN RIGHTS OF WOMEN

- Women have a right to make public policy.
- Women have the right to like the man to go to school at all
levels .
- Women are entitled to equal terms with men at work;
wages, benefits and training.
- Women are entitled to special care and special protection at work, when
are pregnant .
- We can not exclude at work by women , being married or being
mother.
- Women are entitled to maternity leave with pay and work
benefits .
- Women should be free and specialized care during pregnancy ,
childbirth and postpartum period .
- Women have the right to medical care. - Women have the right to
credit and banking services .
- Rural women have the right to organize development projects and
cooperatives.
- Women have a right to decent housing and public services.
Rights of the child

Since the enactment of the 1989 Convention has been adapting domestic legislation to the principles contained in the Declaration. Although legislation and the country's legal system is often different , almost all countries have been devoting special measures for their protection , even in the legislative and constitutional rights. Among the rights of the child include the following :
A life.
A health.
At rest, leisure , play , creativity and recreation .
A freedom of expression and to share their views with others.
To a name and nationality .
A family.
A protection during armed conflict .
A freedom of thought , conscience and religion .
A protection against neglect or negligent treatment .
A protection against child labor and economic exploitation in general.
To education , which shall be free and compulsory, at least in the elementary stages.
A protection against all kinds of exploitation and / or sexual abuse .
